Well hereās one from that āotherā Wesson company that was in MA.

Canāt help what it was born with.Only from the waist, down.
The options for that revolver are numerous.Canāt help what it was born with.
The older 66 models with a flat bottom forcing cone will crack with 125 grain mags. Heavier bullet weights are usually not an issue. Smith has remedied this issue with modern model 66s.Remember, if you feed the 66 a steady diet of .357 the 66 will loosen up. the 686 will take everything you can give it.
I havenāt put a round down the barrel from the day I bought the set about 15 years ago. Someday it can change but for now thatās how it was.The options for that revolver are numerous.
Any pics online?not all 27's have a tapered barrel. several versions of the 27 have been made, including at least one stainless version, not identified as a 627.
