I picked up a small bag of unmarked .45 caliber cast bullets at Riley's a while back that I can't ID. They are 211 grains and measure .452. One big grease groove exactly in the middle and with no crimp groove at either end. (symmetric) Have shot them up to 950 fps with very good results using 231. Can't find a picture of them in any mould catalog. Any thoughts?

I plan to use them in a Colt .45 this Sunday at Chester pins to simulate old .44-40 ballistics: 210gr @ 950fps

Could be H&G, RCBS, or Lyman molds. Weight will vary based on the alloy used. They are normally considered to be 200G and were the old standard for bullseye shooting. 3.5G of Bullseye was the std. in the 1911 Colt, you could consider 4-5G of Red dot, 231, or Bullseye for the LC cartridge.
.452 is what I size to for both.
