45acp question

Just wanted to share that I placed an order for 2000 of the 230gr .45 FMJ. Total price, including shipping (USPS flat rate), worked out to $105.16 less than the cheapest bulk price I've been able to find locally for the same quantity, excluding lead.

$105.16 shipped for 2K? Should that be $205.16? I thought the price in the first post was $112/1K.

It took just about one week for me to get my order for 2,000 9mm and 2,000 45acp. [smile]

If it's the place I buy mine from, it begins with the letter right after A.

Best prices anywhere, bar none.

Have purchased a total of 50,000 rounds from them in the past year, both 9mm, .45 ACP, and 223 size. They make the pistol bullets in house, but buy the 223 bullets from Speer, beating any price I have ever seen from Speer anywhere else.

Just bought 10,000 124 gr FP 9mm's at $71.97 per thousand, shipping included.
And, 10,000 of the 55 gr hp FMJ boat tail for my 5.56 rounds for $80 a thousand, shipping included.

Please be aware that they will NOT ship to any Massachusetts address.

So, if you like STRAW, BLUE, and RASP versions of this supplier, you'll like their prices also.

Wish I could visit Utah some day.... must be a nice place to make bullets.

If anyone needs to know where I buy my bullets from, please PM me, and I'll do my best to fill you in.

My sources price for that:
230 GR RN DS - Box of 1000 $131.29

That's a DELIVERED price (shipping included) and NO lead surcharge.

If you buy more than 200 pounds of bullets, they will drop the price an additional $2 per thousand.

I just re-checked their web site, and see that they SOLD OUT of the 5.56 FMJ bullets. Sorry to those that missed out. I got my order of 10,000 a couple of weeks ago.

UPDATE:
I got the price list from the "secret" source.

I'm sorry, but those prices are a LOT more than my source's price.

Here's the secret source price:

Check those prices, which DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING, against the prices of the place that I have been suggesting (which DOES include shipping) . It's no contest.

UPDATE: I have sent PM's to a LOT of people, but neglected to remind you..... the Commonwealth of Mass does not want you to buy bullets. Most on-line sources, my recommendation included, won't ship to Massachusetts. So, be aware of that before you call them to place an order.
