Hey guys im having a bag of loose 9x18 makarov turned over to me, does anyone on here use this caliber? Is it fairly popular? Any info would be helpful. Thanks

a lot of us use 9X18 for our Makarov's.
It's not as popular as some ammo like 9mmX19, or .45, but there are plenty of people that have a Mak.
It's not "rare" or unusual, and can be found at most dealer shops.
Ball is common, other types, like hollowpoint, is a little more expensive.
