Talk about a finely polished turd. A raptor arms (aka howa 1500 but not well finished). I think these may be lightly molested but the previous owner leading to the poor paint and partially wiped markings. But, regardless I restocked it for a buddy with a pretty inexpensive blank. He's happy, and I'm happy which is perfect. Its nice working on stuff where you just dont need to worry about scratching things once in a while.
