Adding sling swivels to a Remington 870

My stock 870 doesn't have a swivel on the butt stock and I was wondering if anyone has a method or product they have used to add a swivel?

because I was concerned about drilling a hole for a swivel stud in my synthetic stock. I've received it but haven't installed it yet, so I can't comment on it....
