I have an Romy AK-74 w/ wood furniture. Is AK-47 furniture the same? I don't see a whole lot of stuff for the 74 out there.

For the most part, all stamped (AKM) stock sets will fitted stamped AK-74 sets... have you tried K-Var yet?
Not to confuse... but the original rifle model designated AK-47 had a unique stamped sheet metal based receiver and was only in production for a short period of time. It was replaced by the AK-49 which had a machined receiver, there are two versions of this rifle. Later came the AKM, which has the common stamped sheet metal receiver that is present on most AKM and AK-74 variations today.
