AK not feeding

I have an Opap. My Romy mags are a snug fit , no wobble. She's a flawless cycler. Even feeding from a drum shes a perfect shooter. Id be happy to meet up with you at my gun club and we can try swapping mags and bolt assemblies to see if we can isolate weather you have a trunnion / receiver issue or mag related.

sounds like a great offer. I’m still bedridden with a pinched nerve but maybe when I’m better we can work something out.
I’m going to try to replace the mag catch. It seems like if it were longer, it would hold the back of the mag up to catch the bolt.

Really thought I was supposed to hit something with a hammer…..

So I didn’t buy the mag catch yet, I got sidetracked and then forgot.
My son wanted to take it out shooting yesterday. So I smacked the mag catch into the receiver with a couple good whacks from a hammer, figuring if it doesn’t work I’ll replace it.
Works fine now. Feeds and ejects like it’s supposed to.

Not every meme is false. Lol.
