I finally got around to playing with a complete upper I bought years ago, and guess what the gas block was loose. Like, functioned, got wonky, then a bolt action. Both set screws were loose and the block slid forward and blocked the gas port as well as the gas tube no longer made contact with the BCG.
Once that was fixed, too much gas (like ejecting at 2 O’clock). Going to an H3 buffet as the H2 didn’t get me past 3 O’clock. Had to make one up, so now I have a disassembled H1 to get a spare Tungsten weight.
