I just got off the phone with Glock in GA. Spoke with Herbert in their warranty department and he told me that all Glock refurb guns ship with new mags. They throw away the used mags and include brand new mags. Also said that Glock sells to distributors only. I am guessing that the distributors are calling these Glocks MA complaint because of the manufacture date of the guns and ignoring the status of the mags included with the guns. To be safe I would buy a Glock in MA with 10 rd mags then buy pre-pan online and go from there.
Hope this clears this mess up. Going to call Glock this afternoon and speak to someone with authority and tell them what is happening before something bad happens.
