I was not looking for this but the Gods of the Internet (algo) caused me to find this.

So I am asking the wise men, and woman of NES. Does anyone know anything about this company?

@Broc Tuah what color are you getting? You know you want it!
The only reason I don't own a 50 BMG is because the damn bullets are so expensive. Even pulled bullets are expensive.

People keep telling me to cast, but I don't know how that would work with 50 BMG.

With a name like McCutchen, if it ain't black and yeller, it ain't worth gettin.

This is the first example I've seen where the AFT has declared a 'two guns in one' sort of scenario, (or is the lower now not the gun ?).
I hope this sort of thing doesn't start to bleed over to other types.
I wonder if you buy the complete gun, do the upper and lower have the same or different S#'s?
How would you legally FA10 both since neither component would be individually capable of firing a shot...?
Under 4885/chapter 135 would you be required to register it as two guns?

This is a little wierd, I'll give the ATF this, because the magazine inserts to the upper.

I love the concept, but for about $3k, having kinda a Frankenstein rifle, I think I'd pass and put the $$ toward an HM Defense (which I think is the formerly Cobb, Bushmaster/Remington, others? design) that can be found for $5500ish new.

What's odd in the pictures I swear it's an odd magwell-less receiver - won't look as nice in a typical receiver. Surprised they didn't use the magwell to lock the receiver as part of the design. And that they didn't pick an AR10/SR25. But it's cool. I wouldn't kick one out of my safe.

By my reading, yes you would since the AFT considers both serialized firearms.

Complete cluster but it's the ATF making the stupid decision
Comparing it to a Remington 700 is stupid - the trigger group mounts to the single piece receiver.
For this one the upper has no ability to accept a firing mechanism except for a lower receiver.
Words mean what they say they mean today but tomorrow will be different.

If you want one, get it before 10/23 because it has to go through an FFL 🤦‍♂️
