Left handed shooters - LH AR upper experiences?

I've got a Stag Arms LH upper that I've suppressed and am really happy with it!

I also have a Cross Machine & Tool LH upper, also suppressed, and also happy with!

This is what my face looked like after the first half day at a carbine course shooting my RH upper suppressed.

No more!

She's a beauty. Got a lotta brown snakes where you're from? The reverse BCM grip is highly effective. Why the front sight with no rear iron?
Thanks. No snakes, just fall leaves. I use the tube as a giant ghost ring withe the front sight, but it is of dubious effectiveness.

A regular AR runs fine shooting left handed and shouldn't spit brass in your eye like a Tavor. Typically just throw on an ambi safety and charging handle and call it a day. Throw on a traditional can, not one of those fancy flow through ones, and you're sucking up toxic cancer after every shot. Yeah, with bolt guns all of mine are normal righty bolts too - got used to pulling the bolt back with support arm while keeping left hand on grip.
I 2nd this. I think the standard AR setup actually works quite well for me as a left handed shooter.

3rd. I shot standard M-16/M4s for decades with no issues.

I still have a number of standard ARs that I shoot with no problem.

However, shooting suppressed was a different story.

I tried piston uppers, different suppressors, the GEMTECH suppressed BCG, and different ammo, but still got more gas, carbon, and lube in the face than I was comfortable with.

Hence, the two LH uppers for my suppressors.

My only experiences with suppressed rifles was with my previous Dept's patrol rifles. I never had any issues or noticed anything with them, but have since heard of such issues.
I wish I had learned more of the specifics, I only know they were 10.5 SBR chambered in 300 blackout with cans. Not sure what brand or anything else. When I move to a free state I plan on digging deeper into all things quiet! LoL
