Anyone know and good american made tactical gear?

Tactical Tailor +1, also their new spin off Grey Ghost Gear
Ares Armor
Shellback Tactical
Mystery Ranch Backpacks
SOTECH

Lots more. Check out Kit Up! on military.com or Soldier Systems Daily to find more good stuff

Stay away from Spec Ops Gear, Blackhawk, Condor

Eagle, Mayflower, TAG, LBT, and all of the above

Condor/Voodoo/SpecOps are all the same company and cheap Chinese knockoffs.

Another vote for Tactical Tailor here.

I know DiamondBack Tactical used to have a whole range of US-made stuff (all pretty damn good, too), but I don't know if they're around anymore.

HSGI Gear and Eagle are also very good.

Are you just looking for pouches? Or a pack? If you are looking for something specific people can probably point you in the right direction no problem.

I have a patrol pack that I think is a SpecOps. I've put that bag through hell and back, and it's still going strong. YMMV I guess.

I also have an Eberlestock that is the balls.

I will second Spec Ops.

THE Pack is their center piece product and it is an incredible tactical backpack, well worth the $200. I use it along with the Rat Pack organizer which is designed to work as a modular system with THE Pack, along with another smaller organizer they sell. Great gear, that is built tough in the USA.

It is probably more than one needs to EDC usage, but the compression straps allow you to get a slim profile fit, when you aren't using all its capacity, which is ample.
