I'm running into problems installing a Troy MRF-DI 9" (Midlength) on a new upper build and I'm trying to figure out if its the barrel assembly or the rail thats out of spec.
Could anyone measure on a Midlength barrel the correct length from the face of the barrel nut (facing forward towards the FSB) to the edge of the handguard cap?
I'm coming up with a roughly .020" difference between my measurement on my upper and the similar dimension on my rail.
Any help would be appreciated!
