I hate myself for making fun of those things when they were everywhere and cheap.

If you can get your hands on a Pistol-Grip-Only "Firearm", you can home brew your own Shockwave without a tax stamp. I got the factory shorty kit part #92514 back before you could order a complete Shockwave in factory configuration.

Or since you're not going to be transporting across state lines anyway, just pay the $200, wait for your Form-1, and mod any pump gun as short as you want and with whatever stock or grip you want. Just keep the barrel under 16" to stay in compliance with RSA 159:1
