Ditto. Bailed my sorry ass out when I couldn't find my combo late last year. I was SHOCKED they could put their hands on almost-20-yo paperwork in less than 3 min. And then sent me a copy so I could contact the safe co and get my combo.

I've got a whole HOUSE to build before I call ESS. I'm leaving the 20yo safe where it is. Maybe upgrade. Maybe consider smaller security on the main floor/bedroom.
