This weekend I toured the US Naval Academy in Bethesda Md. I spotted this photo which cracked me up. It certainly smacks of rank insubordination...lol Any of you Navy pogues know the penalty for ruffling an Admiral's feathers ?

BTW my Uncle 'Howie' was a Navy/pogue Veteran of WWII who did the whole North Africa Campaign, the the Invasion of Sicily, Salerno, and finally pinned on Anzio beachead for months. Put in for the Navy Cross at Anzio but his CO was killed before the paperwork was submitted. The funniest, bravest man I ever knew, I miss him dearly. He's pictured in the middle along with two on my fathers fighter jocks buddies from the 23rd Fighter Group, China
