Car at LEO Gunpoint: Waltham

So I was heading home from a party in Waltham last night when we saw a whole bunch of flashing lights.

When we got to the intersection we saw about 4-5 Police cruisers behind a small red car (looked like an older Japanse compact) the car was running, and the doors and windows were closed, and the LEOs all had thier guns on the car.

This was I think on Moody St. Not somthing you see every day, was wondering if any of you heard about this?
