Custom Grips

Does anyone have any experience with altamontco for custom pistol grips? I am considering buying some 92FS finger groove grips from them in rosewood for my new Inox. I want to add some scrimshaw work, but I am wondering how long their turnaround is and also what people think of them.

Last time I tried to order from them, the order was never confirmed, billed, or shipped. There was no way to contact them that they would answer so I gave up.

I went ahead and tried it. I asked some questions on their contact email, and received a few answers. I got recommendations on what kind of grip to get, but never an explanation as to the 'why' behind the recommendation, and I never got an answer to my question about turnaround time.

I decided that there wasn't any harm in trying to order from them, and if I never hear back, I'll just make sure my card doesn't get charged or I will do a chargeback.

I'll let you all know how it works out, if anyone is interested.
