Valhalla Tactical Suplly has silicone springs and Magpul anti tilt followers for $4.50.

Optics Planet ReadyPost or whatever it is called is still a pretty terrible way to receive something- takes forever and no tracking. For something like an upper I think 2 or 3 day shipping might be possible. I was pleasantly surprised when buying something of similar value from them. They are still on my watch list but off my hate list, LOL.
One reason I tolerate them is their website gets past our web nanny at work.

The fine print says that the 9mm version doesn't work on a number of popular gun models, including the Sig P365, which is a big negative for many people.

adjustable will/may be needed on suppressed or with very light bullets. i have similar ones in 18" and 20" and they run perfectly on 168-180gr bullets.
m5e1 in ar10s is one the most reliable configurations, like i said before - i have 3 of those, all interchangeable with no issues.
on hot loads it may also benefit from a 6.5cm bolt, one that has smaller hole.
