5 modes is all I knew before ordered but if they're like other China lights then H, M, L, strobe and SOS but maybe they will do semaphore

That would actually be pretty cool, either through USB or Bluetooth from a phone. Then there could be an app on the other end to receive and interpret the signal.

Yeah. They aren't as good as the main line razors but aren't $30 for AA or $60 for rechargables. Good enough to do the job, cheap enough to not care if something happens to them when they are loaned out.

If you are going to get a pair for yourself, I'd spend the extra bucks for BT connectivity and rechargability. I can plug mine in for the 15 min ride to the range and know I have 4 hours of use when I get there, but I also have a beefy 45w charger in my wheels that charges my S21 to 90% (full for my settings) in 45 mins.

If leaf blowing, being able to block out noise plus play radio is kickass. Or a podcast or w/e you like.

Honestly i throw my bt earbuds under my muffs usually.

But yeah i will grab a nice pair too when they come up

Well, it's like this - you claimed that info was on this forum, and after searching "PPU" and explode, kaboom, exploding and blow here I found nothing. As I shoot a fair amount of PPU in the weirder calibers, I'd like to know where you found this information.

I was at Shooters Outpost in Hookset and there was a MCX Spear LT (current model) there with a mid range sig LPVO on it for $2000!!! It was in new condition.

It's a consignment deal and the salesman said the guy needed the money.

I made it thru my 100 rounds Nemo yesterday in the new 300BLK build.......no issues, headstamp is PPU. The ammo is a little short OAL for 300 BO....but it ran fine.

I made it thru my 100 rounds Nemo yesterday in the new 300BLK build.......no issues, headstamp is PPU. The ammo is a little short OAL for 300 BO....but it ran fine.

I’ve run almost exclusively ppu in 5.56 for the past 10yrs without a single issue.

I've run ppu quite a bit too. But there have been multiple posts here about it blowing up especially in handguns... not sure I've ever seen a rifle round by them go boom.

Digital NV is not real NV. That is the same as setting your phone camera to night mode.

Same, but only around 3k rounds from when they were first released until recently when they were sold in clear battlepacks.

Never had any problems.

I’ve had those in the past under other brands

They work fine but I wouldn’t replace a mag lite with them

I lashed them to my harpoons one night fighting a tuna into the dark they survived lol
One caveat is when you intensify the light fully you get a perfect silhouette of the LED chip square, at least on the version I got

For $3 apiece they're perfectly fine but don't expect them to live up to all the BS Chinese marketers claim. A decent 18650 will cost more than the light
