I've been looking for some cheap polymer mags to try stippling before ruining a glock frame. These should be perfect, don't need to be functional for me to eff them up with a soldering iron.

They (trijicon) announced a gen2 rmr but the only real difference is different battery saving modes. I'm perfectly happy with my gen1 that I've had for a while. I ordered another at that price.

No just the rmr, you either need a pistol that's already milled for one or an additional mount.

FNX-9 is discontinued, FNH keeping striker-fire only.
In MA I prefer DA/SA, as the trigger in SA is very nice.
I suspect that striker will have a heavy MA trigger.

cite for this? FN's website has the FNX still listed. while the FNX-9 is not a strong seller, i'd be surprised if they discontinue their hammer fired pistol and go with a purely striker fired product line.
