Good Lord!

I don't have anything to put in them but I'm going to buy 30.

They are made in China but good.

From experience, unless you have the patience to use a slow drill, oil or anchor lube, these bits are awful for metal. They will do if you need to drill through soft wood or room temp butter though
This X 2

Most of their saw blades there (the blue ones) are good for the 12" miter saw are excellent. Hell, i have their blue Miter saw and its excellent with the stand.

Drill bits.....really haven't had good luck with them. I buy Milwaukee, Dewalt, no off brands.

Mostly my experience too, especially the smaller bits. They'll last a little while but eventually break. Still, they are cheap enough that they are a good deal

I just bought one of their 12" metal miter saw blade. I made some 15 cuts on 1515 and 1530 aluminum. So far no issues. I don't use it enough to comment on long term durability.

Thinking about what I just typed, reads like the equivalent of "I put 50 rounds through my new gun, it has no issues, gun is awesome". [laugh] ... except I am not saying it is "awesome".

Posting reply anyway for laughs...

Seems legit, we'll see...

Federal 200 Small Pistol Magnum Primers 1,000/Box $11.49

What is that.....year 2000 pricing? Link not going to them anymore. Wonder why......

Yup, got a cancellation... "Pricing error, out of stock".
They call them Puds for a reason!

I don't think Ive ever bought anything there......I can't stand the cash/card thing.....they are never the lowest anyway and I get 3% cash back and whatever Rackuten % gets thrown back at my wife cause I have no idea how to use that thing, I just click the button.

Fleshlight storage for the zombiepocalypse, but expect the chinese waterproof seal to disintegrate after a year.
It is very important to keep FleshLights fresh in storage.

I have dozens in reserve for TEOTWAWKI.

I just want a whole bunch of these boxes!!! No idea what I'll use them all for but it's a good deal!!!

I would stuff your lingerie model girlfriend and her sisters White Fox Boutique used panties in there.

That will get rid of the Chinesium Metal smell.

My experience has been just the opposite. I've drilled through plenty of steel with them, no oil and they cut just fine. I've drilled out hardened steel pins in farm implements with them, no issues.

Lot of their stuff is starting to really get better.......I haven't tried drill bits from them in a while.

Originally that store was cheap china.......

Now the are starting to source at the same places some of these name brand tool companies get their shit built at and just rebrand it and paint it a different color. Like my Blue Miter HF 12" Miter saw, and the blades.....GTG. Ive used them a ton.

Most of these major tool shit is built in China, Vietnam, etc now anyway. There are no American made power tools anymore for the most part. They are globally sourced and maybe put together here or something half ass.

Their "Pittsburg" tools carry the same lifetime warranty as any other major tool brand. What's even better is, there is no hassle if something has to be replaced. You walk in, tell the person at the register, they tell you to go get another one and you're out of there.
If someone is equipping a couple of vehicles with a basic tool set, they cannot be beat. I have tools in my car, my truck, my tractor, my four wheeler and in my shop. Lots of my shop tools are older and of other brands from when I was actually making a living with them daily, but when buying multiple sets for general purpose intermittent use, I'll buy the Harbor Freight ones.
I've not had the occasion to have to replace anything yet.

I’m going back 4 years since I bought that index and attempted to use it, maybe they made improvements, the one I had how ever was complete s***

Sous Vide is great. I throw steaks in there, go to the gym, come back, throw them on the black stone and done in a few minutes.

Venison comes out great.

The haters are a bunch of fags.

Also, 129 for the win. What is this 135 you speak?
I SV steaks to 124, knowing that when I finish them over a hot flame they will gain enough heat from that process to come up to a proper 127-129 Medium Rare.

If you cook to 135, you might as well slather it in ketchup and send it to Trump.

About 10 years ago I invested (Yes, invested is the correct word here) in a set of US made cobalt steel drill bits.
They go through anything. The difference is quite amazing.

I don't even know if you can buy a US made drill bit anymore.

Not sure where my employer gets there bits but I can drill 1/2” holes through steal columns with a mag drill and lube all day if I don’t heat it up.

I couldn’t get through 1 darn un filled lally column with 3 bits with the harbor freight set. Drill bits is one of those things you get what you pay for IMO

Mine seems to have gone through for 10k @ $139 all in, time will tell.
Someone asked a question on their site if the price was really only for 100 and the answer came back
no it actually is for 1K. So at least doesn't seem like a pricing error, or the right person hadn't caught it yet.

Put in the order and posted it here a few minutes after, hopefully someone else here got in on it soon enough.
Was going to keep upping the order to see how many I could get but chickened out, losing $139 isn't a big deal
but $1390 would tend to piss me off. In retrospect I should have gone for it, though I didn't want to screw around
too long checking legitimacy figuring they'd go quick.

I don't load much in SPM so probably already have a lifetime supply but they're still good for SP and SR which is
by far what I go through the most of.

My late Father sold tools and supplies to the glass trade and he represented a couple of US companies that made twist drills. New Process Twist Drill was in Taunton, Champion Twist Drill in PA. I still have some of those drill bits, plus some Craftsman drill bits that were made in the US as well. They last a lot longer than the Chinese crap we can buy today. Twist Drills.jpg
