Tuesday pm I was showing ham radio to my nephews. On 7,210 we heard an urgent sounding voice with sirens in the background. He was transmitting for quite a while and the sirens were there in the background the whole time. He was speaking Spanish or some similar language. I've checked the usual news feeds and can't find mention of a disaster that fits this scenario. Anyone have any idea what we were listening to?
