Ejector spring

So I am going to be replacing the spring in my AR bolt with a Wolff XP spring. What is the best way to depress the ejector to tap out the roll pin without using the specially designed tool to depress the ejector?

An empty case can be used. Keep the extractor on and hook the empty case into and hold the case against the ejector. You need three hands though.
