Fall River man charged after 30 firearms, 46 large capacity magazines, thousands of rounds of ammo seized

Stories like this leave way too much to the imagination. Which is part of the alphabet agency phsysops. Or it’s just another situation where there is more to the story and just move along with life and don’t buy questionable items via usps

The guns weren't shipped USPS, nor were the receivers.

Something put him on their radar screen, likely Federal. The partial surrender probably also played a role. If parts of H.4139 pass, there will be no grace period if your LTC expires. Technically, this means you need to surrender your firearms, mags and ammo until they give you your renewal. If you have anything unregistered or not legal for you to possess, you are getting revoked and charged.

There definitely seems to be a larger crackdown going on around ‘homemade’ silencers - people are ordering solvent traps, mfg them into suppressors and Form 1’ing them. Seems the ATF doesn’t like that even in the 42 states where they are legal and they get their $200. Even though they are NFA, the burden for suppressors is lower than SBR’s. You can take them out of state without paperwork, for example. It is hilarious that Campbell mentions silencers because they aren’t legal to possess here unless you are an 07/02 or on duty LEO, so what are you going after? Are they suddenly finding them at crime scenes every night in Roxbury? You couldnt Form 1 one here because they are still illegal. SBR’s different story as long as they are AWB compliant (or you are exempt).

They are going after them to scare the public.
Silencers are the answer to noise complaints around ranges.
Things like the hearing protection act will likely pass nation wide as many of the cases in process percolate up to SCOTUS so Mass needs to ensure that ranges are seen as a nuisance to everyone around them in order to keep public opinion on guns negative.

which, again, for a case of a simple local confiscation does not explain such a constellation of letter things in one place.
Not sure if serious some kid had an umbrella at the Burlington Mall that looked funny and there was like f***ing three agencies surrounding the mall in an hour. 🤣 These people get murderboners over appearances. It's the law enforcement equivalent of a circle jerk.

“ During the month of July 2023, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) identified a package shipped from Lithuania to
the United States without proper authorization. The package was subsequently seized and found to contain a folding stock
for a CZ Bren 2 Ms firearm, a prohibited item to import under the Arms Export Control Act.”

So that’s how it started

So I am not going to quote it because you know.... But I am betting this arrest gets another one of THOSE articles

Held on $50k.
The attachment put in some prospectives that he did a fair amount of dumb things that help get a warrant. The folding stock part is sad but I suspect he was doing other shady shit not listed. Probably selling mags or other components.

Didn't Andrea say she wanted to do something about "gun hoarding"? They're coming for all of us eventually.
She did. With so many anti-2A laws on the books... and so many more new anti-2A laws coming at us... it's getting increasingly risky to be a gun collector gun hoarder in the People's Republic of Massachusetts. Even the most squeaky clean and law-abiding among us have reason to fear what radical leftist government wants to do to us. :(

Brings a whole another dimension to the saying "Happy wife, happy life". If that was the case and this guy got screwed by his old lady, the saying should be changed to "Unhappy wife, 20 to life in pound-me-in-the-ass prison".
Underrated post ^ This guy should have about 30 likes..... Priceless. Unhappy wife, 20 to life. End it there, nice n simple. You are a poet sir.
