Welp, he'll never do that again. Gotta be honest, my first instinct is imagining the countless tough guy bs the dead guy pulled over the course of his life and walked away from, up until now.

Lol we don't even know the real narrative yet.Imagine you get a broken window...
Now imagine you being smart enough not to shoot the guy and ruin your life.
Inoculate yourself from this stupid behavior.
At face value when there is a conflict and personal property property is damaged it begs the question why the Kimber had to come out and play.
In a free state with castle doctrine that extends to your vehicle this probably wouldn’t go to trial, unfortunately we aren’t in one.
if there is someone breaking my car window while I’m not in the car, not a major threat. If I’m in the vehicle and someone were smashing windows to harm me or my family is a different story. Always drive away if possible, but if you can’t flee you may have to fight.
OK. So I am having a little trouble following what seems to be the consensus logic here. I have had an argument with someone. I am back in the car. They then break my car window. I have a firearm in the car but I should wait to see what happens next first? Did I get this right?
Nope. Waived Rights, gave a statement... (citing Neil's attachment in above post)I hope he shut up and asked for a lawyer. Nothing good comes from saying anything
I saw a show recently where a guy on death row told a reporter something like : “we are all one bad day away from being murderers.” Kind of made me think. The shooter is a stupid f***. Broken window, come on man.
This. Shooter looks clean-cut enough... Could be anyone of Us...No surprise here except the guy looks like he was probably on his way to work and picking up a coffee and a scratchie for the ride in.
Nope. Waived Rights, gave a statement...
And that is how you know he is not an NES'rHe broke the cardinal rule of don't talk to the popo without your attorney.
Yep. I'd wait for the "Good cop/ Fat cop" routine and my only statement would be "Pepperoni, extra cheese..."And that is how you know he is not an NES'r
And a trial…Lol we don't even know the real narrative yet.
I can say this though, if its a problem you can drive away from its always going to be cheaper to do that, even if you destroyed your car in the process. My collision deductible is a lot cheaper than an attorney retainer.....
Must’ve been his fapping hand…He broke the car window with his hand?
How many videos are out there of cops trying to smash out windows with a baton and they cant get it done...?
If you’re in Massachusetts, the answer is always yes.
Anywhere else, send the mother f***er to hell.
LOL!
No no no. Zimmerman had an extra trying self defense claim yet they tried to put him in a cage for life. But for his defense fun raising over a million dollars and being able to have great lawyers, he’d probably be in prison for life.
Do not ever should unless you don’t have any other options and your life is at risk. They’re prosecuting a guy in Austin Texas for a legitimate self defense shooting. Don’t be quick to use deadly force, ever.

Idiot waived his right and spoke. He is not coming out.
