first time stippling

I figured why not give it a shot. .. I tested it on my remmington 870 because if I messed up I can replace the stock any way so wth right? Im replacing it soon anyways. So here it is
This has the stickers still on it which I like it like that so im going to paint in the letters and not stippled yet

So what do you guys think? I dont think its that bad but it was fun to do..

In case your wondering its a CV over lapping a little to fit..[smile]
 
you can be proud. for the first-timer it looks like it was factory done.

what tools have you used to do it?

I got a soldering tool with attachment from radioshack its a smaller one so that way you can get more control over the bigger longer one. Then I went to an arts and crafts store n boight letter stickers in writeing thst I liked...but I do sugest getting the foam stickers which there easier to take off but I didnt see any I liked so I went with reg stickers which were a pita to take off but they do come off... but it was fun I would practice on junk plastic first and then after a few mins you will get the hang of it
