Pretty sure if you just get a Utah your g2g in Florida

You can get the FP card from here. The requirement states that the FP has to be done by a LEO agency. When I applied for mine, I went to Boston Police HQ, paid $5.00 and they printed me. They stamped BPD on the back of the FP card. Good Luck.
