I don’t think there is any way to buy just the factory finger extension. Sig has promised they’d start selling them… but that was like 5 years ago. I’m sure they’ll start selling them, right after they come out with caliber conversion kits for their MPX.

Here are a couple 3D printed finger extensions that should be the same size as factory. But for the price, I’d just get a whole new mag. That’s what I did. More mags isn’t a bad thing.

I recall my 365 (3 years ago) came w/ 1 mag that already had the extension.

Replacement mags over 10 rounds comes with them when I bought mine at Maine Military

I'll sell you one of mine for whatever the cost for my aftermarket extension is. There is a specific aftermarket extension that I like. I can't remember the brand now.

I'm not looking to make anything. I just want all my costs covered.
