GOAL ALERT – Legislative Hearing

[GOAL]

The Joint Committee on Public Safety and Homeland Security will be holding a hearing on Tuesday, November 28th, 2023 at 11AM in the Gardner Auditorium at the State House. Directions: https://malegislature.gov/StateHouse/Visit

The hearing will feature 56 firearm-related bills across a variety of different topics. If you would like to attend or testify you can do so in person or remotely. Not H.2399...unless you want it to:

The department of criminal justice information services, hereinafter department, shall establish a voluntary do not sell firearms list, hereinafter the list, in the commonwealth to prohibit the purchase, rental, lease, borrowing, possession and carrying of firearms by any person who voluntarily registers to be enrolled into the list.
