goose: it's what's for dinner

who needs a blind when you have perfectly good hay wagons and tractors to hide behind? [laugh]
Much easier than dragging a bunch of gear out to the marsh. But, tractors and hay bails are usually surrounded by... cowsh*t[frown] More stinky goose [smile]

here is a prior to cooking picture-- it is still in the oven, so no after pics yet [laugh]

[shocked] WOW!!!!! Lookin' real good. Like a super early valentine's dinner.

MMM MM ... taht looks alot better than the Goose I took 20 years ago. Course, mom wasnt exactly thrilled when i tossed it on the counter and showed her what i did .... (didnt know i was going hunting with friends).

I am SURE that your good tasted alot better than that one too.. talk about GAAAMMMMEEYYY ... it was dry and actually gritty.. the meat tasted more like gizzard than breast.

Im dyin to see a fully cooked picture J.... shoot !! and no, not leftovers and bones!
