Gun Parlor

My friend is a neighbor of the owner of the gun parlor. My friend thinks he is a good guy, however I know better
He has that appearance but 99.9% of even gun owners don't understand the complexity of the bullshit going on around them.

Avg ma gun owner: "the loicensing officer is a noice person!!!" (Not at all, ever acknowledging the fact that having to engage in the process is basically getting kicked in the groin regardless of how pain free the LO makes it).

It all goes downhill from there.

someone mind linking to, or posting a quick synopsis of why GP is a no go? I've heard this before, may be helpful to others too. excuse my ignorance on this topic.

They agreed to a consent decree (now expired) where they ratted out gun owners to the AG for like 3+? yrs by sending copies of all 4473s to the AGs office.

Normally the state is not entitled to this information. It didn't result in a real consequence for gun owners but it tells you that theyd sell you down the river without a second thought.

What did they get out of it?

Got to give them credit:

They had the balls to sell new Glocks when all the Fudd shops were afraid.

They also had a huge selection of pre ban Glock mags.

Lol at rape prices, while stealing magazines and optics plates out of the box from the end user. Something a dozen or more other dealers that sold Glocks in MA never did. [rofl]
Indeed but before the Mill, very few dealers were selling new Glocks.

When sleeping with dogs you get fleas. In this case, no mags.

Not true, the difference was that people were better at not running their mouth about it, but it didn't take much legwork to find a dealer. There were at least a few dealers.

They tried to sell me a new Glock as two transactions, one for the upper and one for the lower with a giant markup to support what I guess was them playing with the law.

it has a name - a stockholm syndrome.

i do not hate gunparlor, and do not like it. they are extra expensive, and sometimes, if you do not care of extra $$$ spent - it may work, as it is fast and simple.
