gun is an iwi uzi, 22lr so i can't just buy a new barrel.

We need more gunsmiths in MA.
The way i read up on it you me and anyone can make parts but we can not work on guns for others with out a license.More people need lathes and vertical mills. Unless it's a serialized part, does it need to go to a gunsmith ?
