Gunsmith to cut down barrel etc

I am looking for a good gunsmith who can cut down the barrel recrown the muzzle and shorten the magazine tube on my Marlin 336. I want to make the gun go from a 20inch barrel length down to 16. any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Is the barrel removable? Have you tried to see if someone has a 16" barrel you can swap with?
