HK USP 40 now legal

Got an e-mail from the guys at 4 Seasons and apparently the HK USP 40 is now Mass Compliant!!!!

Yep and Carl has a really good price on it. The only problem is the availability from HK on them. They have a hard enough time supplying everyone else with stock. Now they have to supply Mass dealers with them. I doubt you will see him get lots of 50 of them like he does on Sig's and S&W M&P's.

I'll wait and cross my fingers that the .45 becomes available in mass. Its probably the only way i'd ever consider a H&K

Yes, usually with the "mass premium price tag" Im all set with that. When I can buy one at free state pricing then I'll consider

I'd recommend changing your thread title to "Compliant" as they were always legal to own in Mass.

You can find these for about 850? The issue with these is they are expensive new. I think retail is 1,000?
