Glock switch. How do you legally own one?

Just bend your cruciform to 0% and call it a day.

Not that I would ruin my own glerk doing so.

Trust me. Having fired plenty of full auto, it is very much overrated in any platform designed to be fired off hand.
When I was in, we were issued the the M16-A2 with the notorious 3 round burst. Which we quickly understood was 1 hit and 2 misses.

If it is not on a bipod, tripod, or a mount, half of your rounds will not be on target. And even those platforms ( M60, MA2) experience serious muzzle rise in full auto. In the military, there is a place for this. Suppressing fire will keep Hadji's head down.
In boot they preach one shot, one kill. You get into the fleet and they say, " Lay down suppressing fire and keep their heads down" Then try to drop mortar fire or call in artillery.
If we wanted to actually score hits, we flicked the switch to semi. With my best AR I can ring steel at 100 yards with every round, and empty a 30 round magazine in about 15 seconds. Fast enough for me. Jerry Miculek can probably do it in 5 seconds

QFT.

Full auto has its place: with a tripod and a T&E, in the right terrain, FA is a magic wand of infantry goodness. In almost any other context, it's a waste of ammo. My unit trained to suppress as fire teams, with each soldier firing about once every 3-6 seconds under the team leader's control. Aimed fire.

I am a Former Chief Deputy County Coroner. I am currently working on a new PODCAST to discuss why and how the Glock Switch is legal. I was wondering if up might be interested in talking to me and sharing some info for my next PODCAST that is dealing with gun deaths. I’m a very strong supporter of my gun rights. I still carry my Gen 3 Glock 23 .40! I have never seen a reason to switch my gun to an auto but interested in why people do. Please reach out if you would like to share some insite.. hart.nalabama@gmail.com
Thanks,

I’m sure you can buy them online without going to the deep crevasses of the web. Hopefully the ATF, FBI, and state and local law enforcement aren’t watching that site/location and you don’t go to federal pound town. Odds are they probably are.

”Justice Department officials said Friday that they plan to increase efforts to locate devices used to convert semiautomatic pistols and rifles into more powerful machine guns and federally prosecute the people who possess them.”

Not worth the risk… Better to learn how to deliver accurate fire from a semi-automatic rifle than to dump a 30rd mag from a G17 with a Glock Switch.

Watch someone at a cowboy action shoot clear a lever action rifle and successfully hit the target. I'm not great, but for my 'emergency at home' setup, I have a pistol, shotgun and a lever action. (Personally, I'm dead to nuts with my coach gun but it's two shots)

i tried at some time to compare myself working ar15 to a lever action, and prefer ar15 by far. it is way simpler and way more accurate.
