I just picked up a vintage .22conversion kit for mine, I love it. Great German engineering and has 20 round pre ban .22 mags. It runs great.

It's a .308 battle rifle and it acts like it and does not need to apologise for they way it is. If you have the means, get one. You will love it too.

When I first shot mine I couldn't find any spent brass. So the next mag I look for it, it literally was tossing it 10 yards forward and about 5 to my right.

i have most of a CETME sitting in my closet, gonna build it into a G3/CETME bastardization and it's going to be awesome.

My poor man's G3, the H&K SL7.
They modified it from the G3 to prevent usage of ummm funny parts

Waiting for the day I have the funds available and the next extension to my collector's permit,
then it'S going to be a H&K41.

Here's my PTR decked out in HK furniture. Gotta be one of my favorite rifles, sharp as a tack, but kills the brass. Have a PWS-FSC comp on her now.

Naw, Its a 0-1 trigger housing from a Hk91 that I swapped out the plastic one for. I got baseball mitts for hands and the grip on the metal lowers have a little more meat to them than the plastic ones.
