How do I make my classified listing title bold?

I've noticed others classified titles are bold and I can't figure out how to do the same to mine. Please help.

It's bold when you haven't read it. Once you have, it's not bold anymore. Applies to all threads.



First thread in that list was read to the end. Ones after it have unread posts.

How do you make a bold title? How about clever wording? You know make a bold statement.

Leaving the caps lock on is much more effective.

Just add a half dozen emojis. That will attract attention.
