How does an NFA trust work moving from MA to NH?

I don't have an NFA trust set up yet, but I've been wanting to do it for a while now so I can start making some really cool toys. The only issue I have is that I want to eventually move to NH when I finish school and get a decent job. How does it work if you set up a trust while living in MA, then move to NH? I'm sure someone here has done something like that.

I'm Planning on doing something similar.

I'm going to have the trust created in the most restrictive state, just in the event I have to move back for some reason. It will still be valid in any state you move to where NFA items are allowed.

You will need to fill out a form to move your items each time they are brought out of state.

Consult a component attorney and they will be able to set you up.
