How long for a Form 4?

Mailed my Form 1 on March 31, 2009 and got it July 24, 2009, and it was actually issued on July 20th (had a small FUBAR, forgot to have the Schedule A on my Trust Fund)

Woman that was doing mine was very helpful when I called for clarification.

The first one came through after 4-1/2 months. I mailed the 2nd one on 8/12.

I think from now on I'm going to buy in-state.
