HSC Members only Swap meet?

For those of you who are HSC members here is a question:

Would you be interested in having a swap meet on the mornings of the monthly breakfast?

This would be available to any member to sell/swap their guns and accessories. Not advertised to outsiders. I would assume anyone who is legitimately on the property (i.e. having breakfast, attending an event, as a guest) would be welcome to buy.

Would you be interested in using this format to buy or sell?

Any ideas on how to 'structure' this? i.e. Leave your item, post a sign with price and contact info, have 1 or 2 people oversee it so you can go shoot or eat breakfast, whatever. Leave your phone number and stay on property?

Discussion on HSC forum - suggested to do this on indoor range during breakfast. Makes sense to me since you can't shoot there during breakfast.

interest, no suggestions on how to make it happen at this point but I will give it some more thought.

Perhaps migrate to the parking lot when the weather gets better. A lot of people come to shoot, and never go into the clubhouse, or partake of the breakfast offerings. The only logistics I can think of, is rounding up a few tables that could be shared.

Not every week. Maybe once a month on the weekend we hold breakfast. My reason for suggesting this is that the indoor range cannot be used while breakfast is being held so we may as use the space for a swap/sell opportunity.

I would suggest two or three times in total for the whole year. The last thing we really want is the same old tired stuff being brought out and looked at month after month.

Keeping it to the indoor range during winter breakfast hours as it is not being used during breakfast hours anyhow and then outside once or twice throughout the year should be suitable.

Maybe a donation (not mandatory but accepting of any size) for use of a table/area at the club during the swap.
