Now I have one: an FN FS2000

I replaced the factory iron sights with Troy Industries folding battle sights (http://www.troyind.com/produtspage.htm). The charging handle is in the lock/hold open position.

I haven't been to the range with this yet.

Regarding bullpups, I was thinking about getting a MSAR STG-556 (a reprise of the Steyr AUG http://www.msarinc.com/home.html) but it uses proprietary mags and, of course, we can only have post-ban 10 rounders in MA.

Another interesting Steyr AUG-like rifle is the TPD AXR (http://www.tpdusa.com/index.php) and it does use standard AR-15 mags. But these rifles seem hard to get.

If it is the tan one that you're describing, that's the MSAR STG-556. I believe they also have a PS90 or two in stock.

Nice buy. A year or so ago, Four Seasons special ordered one for a customer and, before it was picked up, it was hanging on their display wall one night when I walked in. I got to fondle it and everything. It felt so good in my arms. Like I was hugging a cute little baby. Carl at FS said it fit me well. :-D

I do believe it will be my next frivolously expensive gun related purchase.
