Yes that is me on bottom and it was taken at BJJ training. This was a while ago and don't remember the details but i think i was attempting a guillotine, I don't believe my guard was being passed I am very confident and strong on my back and looks like I am playing my open guard I tend to use an open or butterfly guard most of the time I have a knee injury that closed guard tends to bother. But the guy I am rolling with in the photo is a animal so who knows lol.
