Weren't they there screaming about "women's rights" or some other horseshit?

The other night on ABC news they had a brief clip with Kamala Harris making some comment about the "government having power over women's bodies" or something like that. Then she made some further comment about how men don't know what it's like.

I was actually a little bit pissed at Kavanaugh. Because the absolutely perfect answer to eviscerate Harris is already out there.

Women complaining about the government having "rights over their bodies and taking away their choices" ?? It's f***ing laughable.

Why?






Because last time I checked getting an abortion is a completely OPTIONAL procedure that's why. You can avoid having to make the choice in the first place - by being a responsible adult and NOT HAVING SEX TO BEGIN WITH.

Apparently that's a little too hard of a concept for an awful lot of women to handle.

Men - on the other hand , don't have that option. Because men ARE TRULY subject to the government taking away their choices over their own bodies.


It's called the draft Kamala you stupid twat.

Trump is not an unidicted co-conspirator, only a Grand Jury can make someone an unidicted co-conspirator and Cohen took a guilty plea, he didn’t go in front of nor was he indicted by a Grandy Jury. Trump being unidicted co-conspirator is a liberal fantasy, even Booker went with it.

You need to consider the context of his responses, to all the questions. Pointed questions are asked with the intent of getting a definitive, but wholly theoretical, answer. But the nature of the position is that he not have any preconceived opinions, but rather he will make rulings consistent with the laws and Constitution. This is why you keep hearing him make references to precedent, and that his past rulings and descents where in line with established precedent. Basically he's saying I followed the law as established (not adding the understood "as I interpret it").

This is what lower court judges are supposed to do. Follow established precedent as established by higher courts, only applying their own interpretation of the law when it is unclear AND has not been addressed by a higher court.

He is politely trying not to engage in theoretical discussions that would call into question his impartiality, because doing so would make it clear that he has preconceived opinions, thus making him unsuitable for the position.

His wording is very careful and significant. You will not hear him state his own opinion.

But there is good news in what he says. He has mentioned that most handguns are semi-automatic, as are most rifles. And that SCOTUS ruled that those handguns can not be banned, and since they are essentially the same as semi-automatic rifles, those rifles can not be banned. He was also clear that firearms in "common" use can not be banned, and so called AWs (really just semi-automatic rifles), are in fact in common use.
