Kahr PM9 Help

I have been looking into the Kahr PM9 and I am already on two waiting lists. I have been to a couple dealers that have the version without the safety or load indicator and both offered to sell it to me state that Kahr PM9's are mass compliant. (They are both in Mass)

Is this a play on the approval? Does the approval stipulate the Mass compliant version?

Is this legit / legal?

I wouldn't worry about it, if a dealer sells you one then good for you.

I would NEVER buy the one with the safety and LCI. If you can get the 'normal' version, do it.

And no, it's no concern of yours if a dealer will sell it to you.
