LEO Question, NH & ME

I have a MA LTC-A No Restiction, and also have NH & ME non-resident permit to carry. Question: If I am stopped in NH or ME am I required to notify the LEO that I am carrying? I realize in MA I am not required... Please advise, thank you. John
