There a whole lot of people who aren't the slightest bit aware of how evil governments are, and how even even ours can, and has been.
100% agree. Believe me.

I'm sorry you feel that way.
That is why any of the corporations hire folks that have influence or contacts to bring them business. Politicains become lobbyists or if they are lawyers (even shitty ones) they become partners with heavy hitting law firms. Again, Once a Whore, Always a Whore.
I'm not sorry. I think it's sad actually.
You supposedly escaped to "Free America" (well the NE version of "free America"), but it appears that you brought some typical MA ideals with you on the move up there.
Or maybe you're just stressed out, who knows. Something ain't right though...
Why is everybody mad at "not Tom"? I don't see where he picked Troy's side. Read the thread, young padawans, read the thread.

Check out Samson Manufacturing.
Your presence in this thread - a thread solely about Troy Industries and the pile of shit they are in - seems to infer otherwise.
S&W sells 13k guns to cops in an anti state, and I am just surprised how there is no outrage for that.
Remington took a .gov payout not too long ago to stay in NY. That outrage lasted 5 minutes.
There's a big difference between some companies taking some profit from antis (as customers) and a company hiring a guy (who, represents their interests in some official capacity) who thought shooting at innocent people on that piece of property is "okay".
Last week a well known convicted L3 sex offender/molester probably bought some stuff at a local walmart somewhere. Nobody cares. On the other hand, If walmart hires the guy as a store manager and plastered his pic on the wall near the entrance, on the other hand, some people are probably gonna get pissed off about that.
I have this same conundrum in my own business- I have a few customers who are probably full on ****ing, flaming, gun hating, obama voting moonbats. I still fix their shit... you know why? I like taking money from them- and using it to buy guns and ammunition. Am I "helping" them be moonbatty? Maybe- but on the other hand I get the satisfaction of raping their wallet when I invoice them. It's "Cost-Benefit" sort of thing.

So aside from all the boycotting and arguing going on here, I decided to take a closer look at Samson and their Evo series rails look pretty sweet. I think once I get settled and submit for the tax stamp, I maybe looking to them for my SBR components.
I have an Evo on my QD build and it is great rail. Literally took 5 minutes to put on, looks spectacular, and even comes with 2 two inch rails and a four inch rail. I like it so much, I'm going to buy another to put on one of my other ARs.
Here's a pic.
Awesome.
I found this while googling, 11" evo on a 11.5" barrel...

I like this very much.
The Centurion rails are pretty sweet too. If I didn't come across that NES Thread for half of DD i'd have gotten one.

Diamondhead, Midwest Industries, Samson, all make really nice rails.
I got a Midwest for my first ar . The only free float that would go over the osprey piston kit. I was kinda worried it was a pos company cause I never hear of any one usesing there stuff .
A travesty in it's own right. And if you had heard of ruby ridge, there's a good chance you only got the MSM whitewashed version. Just like Waco, but worse.

Midwest Industries seems to be very well regarded.

Did somebody say rail porn?

That's the one I had in mind before stumbling onto the Samson tube. It's reasonably priced, and the 12.whatever" tube weighs 11.5 oz according to their site. A quick google search turned up that a A2 hand guard and associated parts weighs that much. I am pretty much sold on the Samson.
