Any one not prohibited from owning a firearm can carry concealed in NH. There is a huge thread about it.

I got my NH non-res last year. Glad glad I did. I haven't read through the whole thing so still not sure if they will have restrictions like Maine does for non-licensed people under their constitutional carry laws.

I got my NH non-res last year I'm hanging on to it because it gets me PA, which I need, along with 4 other further away states I don't have use for.
