Machined billet AR lower worthwhile?

Like everyone else these days, I'd like to buy a lower or two but I'd like to get a really nice one. So is it worth it over a regular forged lower?

Yes, I know about the NES lowers but I really don't want a logo on mine.

Billet is generally only worth it when there is a signficant change to the design

First those are machined from forgings and not billet. (Hint this is what everyone else does.)

Most of the info in there is CRAP. I am sorry, but I have worked in my share of machine shops and this guy is a salesman not someone who knows what they are doing.

And why, I want to know, pre and post machine cryo treat? Cool you want to make an unnecessarily expensive receiver but why do it twice?
